DREAM (for Dimitri Roussel Ensemble Architecture Métropole)
DREAM is an architecture firm founded in 2018 by Dimitri Roussel, in partnership with architect Leticia Martinez Velasco and engineer and technical director Giovanni Salvador.
Based in Paris and Nice, the firm brings together a multidisciplinary team of around forty collaborators.
Committed to sustainable architecture, we place timber at the core of our approach—as a driver of sobriety, performance, and construction quality—serving both environmental and social ecology.
We develop a wide variety of programs (housing, offices, sports, educational and cultural facilities), with particular expertise in projects featuring strong programmatic diversity.
A former professional basketball player, Dimitri Roussel has embedded sports facilities at the heart of DREAM’s identity.
From the artistic pavilion “ça joue!” to the 125,000 m² Arboretum office campus, we enjoy working across all scales, combining off-site construction, local supply chains, bio-based and geo-based materials, and constant attention to detail, execution, and durability.
