360

Urban park, piste BMX en toiture, résidence gérée

Located at the heart of major metropolitan facilities such as the Stade de France and the Olympic Aquatic Center, the “360” project is part of a growing urban ecosystem. The 23,000 m² complex, designed as a catalyst for urban sports and neighborhood life, features an international-standard Urban Park with a certified aerial bike track for both professional and amateur athletes. The lively roof of the service building, rising to a height of 39.5 m, becomes an outdoor cross-country track. The Urban Park includes various complementary spaces: a skatepark, areas dedicated to BMX and padel. The project also includes a 9,100 m² residential complex for athletes, young professionals and students, as well as services and shops. With its prefabricated mixed wood-concrete structure and bio-based insulation, “360” favors passive solutions such as adjustable sunshades, natural ventilation, and greenery. Designed as a powerful urban symbol, it stands out as a landmark for Saint-Denis.
